What's included? 

55+ unique (on-demand) guided practices split into 5 main categories: 

  1. Breathe - to down-regulate and find comfort, compassion & empowerment in your internal world 
  2. Rewire - to soften your brains fear response (great for anxiety & chronic symptoms)
  3. Soothe - to bring ease and relief to overwhelming moments 
  4. Restore - to actively support your nervous system into deep states of rest & healing 
  5. Embody - to learn how to befriend your body & release held stress/tension/trauma.

Live classes

The first Monday of each month I hold my signature class 'The Monthly Reset'. A space for guided regulation, journalling and a deep rest (yoga nidra) practice. 

I also host regular BrainTame classes -  a fully guided session to target your brains fear centre, turn down the stress response & move towards a greater sense of safety.

Community forum

 You'll access an exclusive online community of self-regulators. I'm confident you'll be excited to open and co-regulate, not fearful of what you might read!

Whilst these practices and classes can be helpful for absolutely anyone - I've created them specifically with the following experiences in mind:

  • Chronic Fatigue / Pain / Other chronic conditions

There is also a free brain retraining practice so you can get a little flavour of what it's like to be a part of The Nook!
